Lecturer in International Business at the University of Vienna (Austria), starting from WS2015. Allows direct encounter with the theoretical and applied concepts in the field of international business with strong focus on the European dimension. Bachelor and Master thesis supervision at the University of Vienna (Austria) allows a deeper and more profound overview of selected topics in international business. Post-doctoral research: currently working on the Project “Market entry Strategies of Austrian companies in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe: Empirical Investigation”, in collaboration with Prof.Dr. Josef Windsperger (University of Vienna, Austria). The Project has an aim of investigating the influence of cultural, political, economic environments of EU countries on the market decision strategies of its firms. The methodological approach of this empirical research as well as its clear EU focus are seen as extremely relevant for the current Erasmus Application. Senior Lecturer in Banking at Tashkent Financial Institute (2002-2009) was a position that provided with relevant pedagogical and methodological experience for design and implementation of Modules, supervision of Bachelor theses, writing training manuals, etc. Participation in the TEMPUS Project (2005-2007) SEASCAPE, first as a team member and later as a Head of the Office for Entrepreneurial Activities Support at Tashkent Financial Institute (Uzbekistan). This valuable experience allowed direct exposure to the aooperative work within the framework of the European project, brough multiple opportunities of intercultural dialog (also through several visits to European partners), contrivbuted to a clearer understanding of the structure and mechanisms of EU funding in the field of Education and rules and procedures required within EU-funded projects.
